Automatic Container Punching Machine

Use:

For automotive and similar battery containers including types A, B, and C with cross-perforation.

The punching I with the automatic Punching machine offers many quality advantages regarding the intercell welding by extrusion fusion machine. The centre of the hole is exact struck as the points of reference.

Function:

Empty battery containers are put on the supply belt in normal position (with the opening at the top). The machine pulls automatic the container in one by one.

In punching position one container is lifted and fixed. A single punching tool fouls all positions and punches. The punched out chips are collected and eliminated by vacuum. The punching tool is pneumatic actuated and moves in X, Y and Z axis. The correspondent adjustments are given through the programme.

The Punching Machine "ALS 03" is controlled by means of a PLC Simatic.
