This is our Lead Casting and Rolling System

For the production of Lead Alloy Strip (Sb- or Ca- alloy) to a width of 96 mm and thicknesses
ranging from 0.65 mm to 1,3 mm with a capacity of approx. 1,5 tons raw cast strip per hour.

1. Electric tundish, 4 tons volume, 35 kW
2. Casting machine for producing a continuous lead strip of 105x10 mm
3. Six-Station Rolling Mill, circular edge trimming, scrap cutter
